Concentration on deep breathing will help to eliminate the stress which is a crucial factor in the healing process. Touch therapy is soothing and can be used for the most fragile person. It provides a feeling of comfort and relaxation.
Music therapy is centered on comfort, relaxation and stress reduction. This is used as a distraction for unpleasant procedures. Music can reduce the heart rate, blood pressure and respiratory rate. Aromatherapy uses the essential oils obtained from plants, flowers and fruits to promote healing. Although holistic therapy may not be for everyone, it is an interesting approach to what some dedicated professional recommend to help heal emotional and physical illness and to gain optimal levels of health and fitness.
